Description:

During my 6-month internship at Vanguard Games I had the privilege of working within two development teams; I worked on Halo: Spartan Assault as well as an unannounced project. During this internship I served as a full member of both the development teams and my responsibilities were in user interface, gameplay and tools programming. One of my contribution to the Halo project was developing the multiplayer score screen found on the console versions. Nearing the release of the Halo project focus shifted from implementing new features to finding and fixing bugs, and managing bug reports using TFS. From this internship I learned a great deal about (game) programming and working with development teams in a professional environment.
